What’s DAZZLE DRY?

Dazzle Dry is a polish brand and system that totes an air dry time of 5-minutes and lasts twice as long compared to regular nail polish. Most importantly, this product is produced without harmful ingredients. Their website notes (as of October 2024):
“Artificial nail enhancements like acrylics, gels and dips offer convenient duration and dry time, but their synthetic chemical formulations can lead to long-term problems like contact dermatitis, unhealthy UV exposure, and damage to the natural nail plate. Dazzle Dry frees you from all of those problems—and still delivers rapid dry time. Our products are hypoallergenic, free from reactive ingredients, animal byproducts and animal testing. Simply put: it’s the cleanest performance polish in the industry.”

What is the difference between builder gel and Gel-X?

Builder Gel is an overlay on your natural nails. It strengthens and protects while giving your nails more shape and structure. It can be infilled every 2-4 weeks or soaked off for removal. 
Gel-X is a soft gel product that allows us to lengthen your natural nails. They are essentially nail extensions that allow for easy soak-off removal.

What’s the difference between soft gel and hard gel?

Soft Gel means that the product can be soaked off with acetone. 
Hard Gel, also known as poly gel, is a builder gel that contains acrylic and must be removed with a drill. It cannot simply be soaked off like a regular gel polish could. Therefore it takes longer for removal and increasing the service cost. In some cases, removal alone can take upwards of 30-minutes using drill and soaking techniques. 

What if I’m going to be late for my appointment?

 Should you happen to arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time, we may need to make small adjustments to accommodate the remaining time or kindly suggest a reschedule. We cherish your understanding in honoring our shared time. For our latest policies, please click here. 

What if i need to cancel my appointment?

We currently do not impose fees for late arrivals or cancellations. Instead, we humbly request that you let us know 24 hours in advance if you will not be able to make your appointment.
