What to expect

Welcome

In an effort to uphold a tranquil salon experience, we are providing some of the things you can expect as a guest to Terramanu. Upon arrival, you will be greeted and offered a spa-water, hot tea (and coming soon, coffee). You will be escorted to your service area upon your appointment time, we'll guide you each step of the way. 

Arrival

Should you happen to arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time, we may need to make small adjustments to accommodate the remaining time or kindly suggest a reschedule. We cherish your understanding in honoring our shared time.

Cancellation

We do not currently impose fees for late arrivals or cancellations. Instead, we humbly request that you let us know 24 hours in advance if you will not be able to make your appointment. This way, we can ensure that our dedicated nail technicians, as well as our other valued clients, can make the most of the available time slot.

Kids

We're delighted to welcome children at Terramanu, though we gently suggest that they stay seated next to their responsible adult at all times in an effort to maintain a tranquil atmosphere for everyone.

Mobile Devices

We kindly ask that all guests switch their phones to silent or vibrate upon entry. Should you wish to enjoy digital entertainment on your mobile device, we encourage the use of headphones or earbuds to keep the salon a peaceful and comfortable space for all. Please also avoid speaking loudly or taking phone/Facetime calls in the salon especially during your appointment window.
